When my friend worked at Best Buy in high school (pre-eBay), they had a major problem with employees stealing things. They eventually secured all of the entrances/exits, making it hard for employees to walk out with stuff.
What did the employees do? They started filling up safes and refridgerators with stuff to steal, then buying the safe or fridge.
