Yes, we do, you are correct in saying so.
It has always amazed me when some folks - not pointing any electronic fingers at anyone on this board as that is not my intention - try to make a person feel better and come off minimalizing the other's trials and tribulations.
Your mountain is high and tough to climb and none of us can fully understand your feelings, so no amount of "you're better off than most/some," etc. will help you feel better. Or anyone for that matter.
