My first day here, I made the mistake of not doing that. I already knew a few of the people here and we all joke and laugh so I figured I could just be myself right out of the gate.
Been here about 20 mins and I bring in a Caddy with an AC problem. Well John, the big biker dude at the other end of the shop, looks over to me and asks, what ya doing with the Caddy. My response was, "Fixing your come back b*&ch" I was joking, and it was all meant in good fun, well John didn't think it so funny. He stewed in it for about 30 seconds and started stomping right at me hollering, I got your comeback right here. (you know where he was pointing). The poor shop foreman who is about half my size, and John is just as big as me, just layed his head down, not going to get between the two of us.
It;s funny now and John and I have become good friends but, yeah, new guy, uh huh.
