Sure, WW2 kinda accelerated the rebound... But to say the depression ended because of the war is a stretch of history....To say Pearl Harbour as an event caused the rebound.. is an even longer stretch.

All true. What she said wouldn't get an A on any history test, but it wasn't in even the same league as most of the other answers. Her answer might get a B- or a C+. The others get a major fail.
