Anyone in Alabama? Title / Bill of Sale Q....
Long story short, my California Title has a 'alteration'.
Is Alabama one of those states that will accept a Bill of Sale only for reg and title?
Otherwise my option is to get seller to get a DupPink from Calif. Like 8 to 10 weeks, THEN I can try to title and register in Alabama again.
