I would definitely include a fan pulley tool and some screwdrivers. I also carry metric allen heads, some miscellaneous wrenches and a handful of other stuff.
It's only limited by your imagination and/or mechanical abilities.
Some may choose to carry very little due to weight concerns. An AAA card is about the lightest "tool kit" in your arsenal.
