I was offered a service advisor job for an Audi dealership around 2002. At that time they said I'd never make less than $60k. I used that to get a huge raise at my then job and my boss matched it on the spot. Still, the perks for that job would have been cool. I was about a year into owning my first 911 and I could have used the dealerships garage and tools on weekends, get parts at cost, same guy who owned it also owned the local BMW and Porsche dealerships. Could have been a good career move.
