Sure does. If not for "being responsible", I'd be modding the hell out of the Bullitt...supercharger, tighter suspension, wider wheels & tires, etc.
Instead, I took Ford up on extending the warranty until 2016 for $570...bumper to bumper, road service, etc. But...such mods forbidden by the warranty.
