While I was getting the over-rev scan organized they sold it, not exactly out from under me, but pretty close! Agreed to $51k, agreed to PPI the next day, then sold it overnight, I guess, without coming back to me...dealers

Most importantly, I appreciated the over-rev advice that I got from here, thank you guys. It led to a very informative talk with the wrench who took care of the car (very good care), and it was an extremely good deal. Hopefully the new owner will pop up on here.
I saw the red one for sale, also a smoking deal, but I live in a low-key area and the fuzz swarm to the sight of a bright red Porsche/Ferrari/etc. winding it out through the twisty hills.
Well, now that few more have chimed in on the location of a couple of these, would you all keep your eyes out for another one. I look in all the obviuos places (ebay, autotrader, rennlist, PP, 911s regs., now 6spdonline), but maybe someone knows a guy who knows a guy.
