What they said. You can spend a couple hundred doing the belts or a couple thousand because they were neglected. You can do it yourself, but you need a special tool to properly adjust them. You can find this tool for sale on boards, in Pano, or Excellence. Most major P-car parts companies sell them - last I checked they ran about $300-$350.
