They should be able to be returned to the original finish. First concern will be how bad is the existing chrome finish? Second is the chrome must be professionally removed, you will not know the extent of damage that goes on under the chrome until it is removed. Then the wheels have to be high polished and then clear anodized, then painted. Jim
