he'de be shooting blanks if he tried.
doubt he went for that route... Boris is quite single minded
food he get's from me
food he can steal
food he finds in trashcans
food he can kill to eat

got me a 12 foot little tree in the back, if he sees a bird on one of the top , thin branches,
he'll scoot up there so fast you'de miss it if you blink.

So i think he probably scooted up a bit to fast, and one of those tiny branches snapped..and he hurt his back...something like that.

The question is... well he learn from the experience ?

Bubba is the opposite, he's very cautious... thinks ahead, he's skittish of cars, people, dogs...
he'll first hunker down, and plan his escape..

Boris is a bit of a simpleton compared to Bubba
