Don't forget the needle and the syringe. For flu caccinations they pay less than it costs you to give it, as I recall.
I remember looking at Mom's malpractice premiums once, anesthesiologist. Would be nice annual salary. Keep in mind that in 40 years of practice she was NEVER sued.
