What's the point. Just going to PO the Officer and make him remember you. He will make an extra effort to document his case to convict you.......Better to smile and say something like, "Where do I pay this?".....He'll scratch a few basic notes for the judge and you walk in later and lay out your case and then it's the time to make your arguement......
