The CHP are experts in what they do, but most importantly, they always show up in court if you fight one of their tickets! It's insane, yes, even in winter, when they should be out protecting the highways they are able to show up in court! I've never won or had a ticket done away with, they always have stood up in court. However, I do believe they are targeting some silly issues now just because in California, they are told to "get the money" in to save the state and keep them in their jobs. Funny part is, even when getting tickets from the CHP, I still like the guys and gals, they are just doing their job, I've never been nailed for something I wasn't doing and I find them nice honest young men and women! Strange huh?
