I work a 4/10 schedule, Mon - Thur.

I still have to work some weekends, but I don't complain (too much) since I have a lot of 3 day weekends.

We started it back in the '90s to reduce fuel consumption from commuting and because our barginning unit guys are guaranteed two 15 minute breaks whether it's an 8 or 10 hour day, so it saves us 2 breaks a week.
