I like the rubber boot idea, but access over the top of the IC as you noted is difficult for tightening the clamps. I was thinking of putting the rubber boot at the top of that "circuit" next to the intercooler and making a "solid" connection at the TB. Sort of like this rough not so engineered drawing. It actually looks a lot like the v-band clamps used in exhaust systems.
Juan, I saw those clamps but was concerned with overall length of the assembly as I've got to make my 90 degree turn almost immediatly out of the Throttlebody to get back to the intercooler. I can see me possibly needing one of those for the turbo outlet to intercooler connection
