Either stay in Biloxi, or Slidell, La. Biloxi is twenty minutes east and has casinos (that's about it), Slidell is 20-30 minutes west and is a decent size town that has everything except the beach, which isn't such a big deal, because the 'beaches' around GP and BI really arent nice.. No one goes there for 'spring break'. Trust me, I lived there for 20+ years..
