I have my wheel as far foward as possible by modifyin the Momo hub and using a smart Racing spacer with lojng bolts and the Momo bolted directly to it. I HATE the wheel close to me.
But that adapter looks pretty darn good to me.

I checked one of those out on another car. It's very awkward to remove and there was alot of play in the wheel. I ended up going with the Snapoff Race quick release and I've very happy with it.
