I am using VCI adapters for the front on Steve Weiner machined brembos. I could have used Wilwood GT's with custom hats (that's what I had on my cabriolet) - would have been a little cheaper - but the units that Steve Weiner produces are a high quality item.
For the rear I'm going with 965 calipers that I just had the holes filled in and I will redrill (I've done that before). These will go over stock 930 rotors so I can keep my emergency brake...

23mm unboosted master cylinder.
Should be way overbraked for this car being that it's light and underpowered.
