Pre-WWII the American diet was healthier and so were the people.

We ate more lamb and mutton than beef, more beef than pork and more pork than chicken. Most of it raised on grass. People were not starving in America.

It is BEST to have a healthy diet - and not have the health problems - if you look around Wal Mart that aint happening..
