I have already been calling around and haven't started it since you said not to. I was taking it for a spin around the block all the time. The only problem I am encountering is everyone I have called so far, besides the actual dealer, that has been recommended to me for their awesome work on foreign cars, all tell me, "I have never needed a special tool before" which I reply "thanks anyway"
The nearest actual certified porsche garage I have found so far is Isringhausen Porsche Dealer in Springfield Illinois which is 80 miles. I am still looking, but I want to find someone that will guarantee their work if I am going to shell out $400. Any lists of qualified porsche mechanics you know of on the web? You have to take into consideration that I live in Hicksville USA and have had many people tell me that my car is nice looking, for a mazda.
