Yes it certainly could be done, and with a modern ball bearing turbo it would probably spin up quite early anyway. And then you would get a second kick as the 4.7 litre cams come to life.
I guess you should be able to get away with an easy 5-7 psi that should add 120-150 hp to your bottom line!
The other turbo 928 that was at the Porsche day had been dynoed at 5psi and 352 RWKW -approaching 500hp! those 32 valve heads must flow well!
