On about half of the chases on "Cops"...the perp runs... the cops have the run him down on foot... they tackle him and there are a couple of them on top of him... one with a knee in the middle of his back, the other with a knee on the back of his neck as they cuff him... perp says...
"OWWWWWWWWWwwwwwwwww!!!!!! That hurtsssss!!!!!"
Hilarious... gotta love it.
