My 85 year old father, a retired police officer was given a citation for not wearing a seat belt. The ticketing officer was extremely small with an extremely big attitude.
After signing his ticket, dad says; "I'm glad to see the police department has finally dropped the minimum height requirement. Good for you! Did you have to attend a special miniature academy?"
