Looking good. When the drainage stops, you don't really need to do anything with it. It will be freakin' July before it troubles you. I know a few people in the Houston area who can take care of it for you if you have any problems. Might be easier to find one close to work rather than home, so you can duck out and get it handled.
Those little bumps just proximal to the nail, side away from the tip, are mild contact dermatitis. Note how they are limited to the area covered by the bandaid.
