After doing weeks of reading and searching on the board here, I finally pulled the trigger on the muffler I wanted (Flowmaster 80 series 1in/2out). But when I took the muffler to TWO different shops here in Austin, both of them told me it was "impossible" to put that muffler on the car and they weren't even going to attempt it. Now, I've seen the pictures here and heard the sound clips, I know it can be done. Yet when I tried to tell them it's been done by countless people, they weren't hearing it. Does anyone know firsthand of a muffler shop any of the major Texas cities (Austin, DFW, Houston, San Antonio) that will (and know how to) put a Flowmaster type muffler on a 911? It's a 1974 with 83 SC motor and heat x'ers/exhaust.
