Ahab, that's exactly what you are seeing - temporary (but sturdy) attachment to get us through a photo shoot that evening (less than 4 hours after Gabriel flew out!)

Although the attachment shown would most likely be sufficient (downward pressure), the wing is getting a full depth flange contoured to the underside, bonded and riveted for the permanent set up.

Good eye, though - it's hard to digest individual details with so many interesting photos flying about.
