I agree the 1911 frame makes a lot of sense. The slide seems really superfluous though. Sights could easily be mounted on much lighter custom bases.

I'm glad we did say something now though- because at least we have an idea of what the spoon is for. I can honestly say i've never before put much thought into a custom single shot muzzle loader. It's an interesting subject.

I'd really want some kind of modernized pirate gun though- just for the coolness factor, ARRRRRRRRGH!

PS: You have to admit upon first sight that 1911 is a shock to the senses.
