If someone is on the job and is under the influence of pot their coordination and judgement is impared, there is no argument counter to that. Sorry. Dude.
In short they are a liability. They are a danger to themselves and their co-workers and to the company's well-being. Just like if they were drunk on the job.
Allowing that to happen just to accomodate someone who wants to get high would not be the Christian thing to do, it would be the
stupid thing to do.
Put down the pipe for a while and it may become clear again. That whole logic thing obviously isn't working.
