Because we are all Pens fans here? The league had days to look at it and came away with nothing. What exactly would you like us to do. Hockey is a very weird sport and the rules follow. Fans like the hits and the league isn't in any hurry to get rid of them. If it was me, I would ban all of it including fighting. But its not me.
