I find this difficult to believe. if they were getting stomped because the bikes were UNDER powered, that I could believe. but how do you explain getting whooped because your bikes are too fast? i don't buy it. i also think that all the other WSBK competitors are coaxing similar amounts of ponies out of their bikes, so how is the BMW too HP heavy but it is fine for all the others, and at most what might we be talking, a 5HP advantage?
the issue is obviously the electronics, and given the spotty performance last year, and the crap start this year, the BMW wizardry must not be up to the task. thats it plain and simple, and we can sit here and talk about how spectacular the launch has been because they have released the HP champion in stock form, but it won't be long before one of their competitors with more sophisticated electronics release a more potent contender.
