You guys are a little hard on BMW I think. Remember WSB is kind of a new venture for BMW. They have not been doing this.... I think they can get it together with the bike and engine. Certainly they have the resources and expertise. They need a little development and fine-tuning time in the saddle, most likely. And the right rider(s). Give them a chance....
