He was a no show at the last hearing. The DA gave him a VERY good deal, something like 2 years in the "house of doors" offer and he gave them the finger.
Now the DA is perturbed that he did not take it and we have about 20 Pelicans standing in line to go to bat against him at the next hearing, so the DA is catching heat from both ends. Jimmy will spend time in the house of doors for stealing, thats a fact. Its just a question of how much.
Its not good when you steal parts and cars from Pelicans. We band together and take it to court, and will open the can of "whup a$$ets" for you. Anyone who runs into him best keep running as he is bad news, or so says the CHP, DA and about 20 Pelicans whose engine, tranny or cars are missing.
