A glimpse into the not so straight world of PAYPAL :
PAYPAL :
"The refund for transaction XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX that should have been sent to
you on March 10, 2010 was inadvertantly held by PyPal. I have now released
those funds and you should be able to see the refund reflected in your
available balance as of March 24, 2010. I apologize for any inconvience
this may have caused you."
(inadvertant - yea RIGHT).
Just an example of why I will never have / use it (as far as i'm concerned just problems waiting to happen) .
I would say "caveat emptor" except it's actually USER beware.
