The up side is trottle response will be much improved and more potential top end power.
However theree aremany pitfalls...even if you can figure out how to convert trottle position to MAF input, which I am sure it no small feat, you will have a lower torque curve especially at lowwer RPM's unless you change cams etc and get the ECU remapped or more likely replaced.
