The other brands of "stock" bikes are not running as close to the top WSB bikes of their same brand as closely as the top stock BMW is running to the top BMW in WSB. The top Yamaha in WSB is quicker over the same course than the top Yamaha in the Superstock class by a larger amount than the Top BMW in WSB is over the top BMW in Superstock. That is what is wonderful to see. A showroom stock BMW is closer to a WSB BMW in performance than the competitors stock bikes are to their WSB counterparts. The people in the BMW showrooms will see the positive results if this trend continues.
