• I've never done this diet, but for a while I was taking a Tbs of whole husk Psyllium each day. I can tell you from experience that salt water has nothing on the so called natures broom. I had to quit taking it.

I am plugging away on the conversion. Vanagon's motor/trans is out, Ford is on the hoist getting converted, I am waiting on parts.
