Another alignment question

Need some insight on this, please.

While working under the front end of my 73.5 T trying to find a cure for a slight pull to the left, I noticed that the left tie rod was adjusted all the way "in" and the right tie rod adjusted quite a distance "out" as evidenced by the number of threads showing. I checked the steering wheel, and it is aligned correctly with the mark on the shaft and is straight when driving. I assumed that if all was correct, the tie rods would be adjusted the same approximate length.

The car, as far as I know, has never had front damage and shows no evidence of it. Can someone offer an explanation for this? Am I correct on my assumption of relatively equal tie rods? Will other adjustments to the suspension--camber, for example--account for this?
