I agree with the crowd, the plastic reso and the lines have a tendency to leak. I have rebuilt both a pump and a rack. Not hard either way but the rack requires attention to detail. Belive it or not AZone sells one for $189 with a life time warranty. I paid $89 for the rebuild kit. I feel they sell the pump kit here but no longer carry the rack kit.

Check for reso cracks-
Replace lines- not expensive-
While you are looking make sure the fluid has not softened or ruined your sway bar or A-arm rubber....
