thanks - I'll ask about that...chiro has a team of masseurs working with him and treatments nearly always finish with massage. Tonight though; he was very specific - 4 minutes only as he did not want me lying on my stomach for very long with this injury...OK so that freaked me out just a little...will be quizzing him tomorrow.
