I have a 95 993 with a speedometer in miles, and want to switch it with one that is in kilometers (for Canada)
Does anyone know if I can buy a used speedometer gauge and replace it with my existing one? If so, would any Pelicanites know where I could get one for a decent price (new or used)?
I was quoted at a Porsche dealer in Canada for a brand new one as being $1600! A little high if you ask me.
Has anyone ever performed this exchange, and if so, is it a labor intensive process?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
