Wayne, I'm not going to say this to make you angry, but GWB is not CA's friend. We have been fighting for years to keep oil drlling rigs out of the ocean off of Santa Barbara and other places. You should read up on the big oil spill in Santa B some years ago.

We, as well as OR and WA have been looking for responsible forest management. The man from TX doesn't give a crap about CA because CA went Gore. What this country needs is a king to put on a pedestal and a board of directors to run things. Bush is a loose cannon.
