Well this is just more proof of my claim that the Progressives agenda is to BK or DESTROY the American Middle Class. Home ownership will be a thing of the past, home values will go skyhigh except for the junkers and you won't be able to give those away. . People will be passing down their homes from generation to generation as they do in Europe. This will also encourage people to stay in one location for generation after generation..so moving to opportunity and all those good things like innovation are gona be on life support..notice I didn't say dead.

In time most people will be renting from the government...and then who cares if you burn the place down or trash it..

What makes me laugh is that the government eventually is going to pass so many regulations and taxes that it is going to collapse itself under its own weigh. When there are so many regulations at some point people stop trying to comply and just say fk it...and walk away...

Perhaps that is why the alcholism rate is so high in Russia..when you got nothin and no matter how hard you work or try and save you still get nothin...you show up to work to just show up and collect your subsistence wages and you do nothin but make a show of working..eventually guess what...the enterprise you are involved in just colapses as no one is doing anything but moving paper to the toilette.
