I've often wondered about recumbents. What, other than the arguably more comfortable seating position, the advantages are? They do look mighty dangerous due to low profile. And some of those odd setups where it looks like the legs are a good 10 degrees above the rest of the bike look really hard to ride. But something about them intrigues me. Perhaps I'll find someone willing to let me take one for a spin.
