This is a SCAT KITTY from the early 60's. I found one along the road in front of a guy's house a few years ago. Knocked on the door and asked if he was selling it or throwing it out? He goes you can have it, its just junk in the garage. Put it on ebay and got $2500 for it! I guess complete and restored they sell for up to $4500.
