Front fenders on SWB cars do not have a flare, the turn signal/horn grille openings are different and require SWB turn signal units (very expensive in decent condition and do not have separate lenses) and SWB grilles which are longer than LWB (and ditto on the expense.) SWB bumpers mount differently than LWB also. Hoods and decks are relatively the same. Most everything else is interchangeable, save rear suspension and rear quarters (previously mentioned) which you probably wouldn't swap out anyway.
