The guy that bought my set specifically wanted them shipped in one box to save on shipping because overweight was cheaper than multiple boxes. I put one seat upside down over the other in sort of an L7 shape and then used a wardrobe box cut down to fit. with extra cardboard taped around any corners that might try to poke through. It must've worked as he did not complain.
