Hehe...the good ol' USA doesn't get manual boxes in most things now do they

The V6s were only delivered here with auto trans I think too. Only the 2.0L and 2.5L came with manual option.
The newer stuff (current model)...in reality best I can hope for if I have to upgrade will be a tiptronic...as long as the box can keep up with me wanting to do fast changes I could live with it I guess

... 6 speed would be nice....I have almost run the 5 speed out of revs twice in 5th gear...180kmh out of a Multivan with over 500 revs to spare and still pulling pretty strong...was running out of road with a filthy great corner coming up both times so still don't know what her top speed really is!
I love these things - obviously. They just do such a mighty job in so many ways...I've had a couple of tons worth of pit gear in the middle of it when going to race meetings - full toolboxes, workshop sized trolley jacks, spares galore...and then there's the room under the rear seat and the 'deck' behind the rear seat...they are such a clever design.
I've raved enough - Dennis just go buy the best one you can find and enjoy it. It's no 911, but I can honestly say I
like driving my Multivan...much more than a lot of other cars I get to drive...
