The other thing is that temporary employment is showing even stronger gains than after prior recessions. Employers are trying hard to use temporary employees instead of hiring permanents. The next thing that usually happens is, employers start hiring permanents. Wage pressure (upward) is also starting to emerge. Which is a mixed blessing, since that tends to drive inflation over time.
